Fitness...

The new Daily Task Book addition

To be used daily or get a spanking....figuring that using it daily will tighten the rear somewhat
making it more sexy, rounded and tighter.
Perhaps then when the 'need' arises (which of course it hardly ever does) for a spanking
The Silence will be so stunned by the 'new, improved rear' that his mind might wander to somewhere else :)

(and not where you were thinking of either...I did mean..distracted)

  1. LOL....... Welcome to the club :) I have to do 30 mins every day. I am allowed to exchange my treadmill for more entertaining activities though. Eg. swimming, pilates, walk to the shops etc.

    1. Hey Callie

Sheesh..not too sure on what I could trade 30 mins on this for... :)

I have been asking for something like this to do at home for awhile now. That was before ttwd though....

  2. Ehh? You'll have to be a bit clearer for poor ol'me.
Not where I was thinking of? Are there even other things to think about when having such a fabulous view?

I guess from a male POV..no there probably is not a better thing to be looking at when it is a fabulous view...not too sure mine is though :)

  3. Ugh....that sounds....trying to be encouraging here....like so much FUN! Yes, that is it! I will be chained to one of those things in mid-Marchish trying to lose all this baby love ;)

No, exercise is a good thing...especially if your backside is on the line! You can do it!!!!

  5. Hope you can stick to it! :) Hopefully starting off at 30 min won't make you too sore. :) And it would be good if in the end it distracts him, in the way you intended. ;)

No choice but to stick to it :) Yes, it will be good if it does distract him...though I am thinking that could just be wishful thinking as not much else distracts him while I am in the position of OTB!

  6. Hi Hez, thirty minutes sounds a lot to me. I have to do ten minutes intensive resistance cycling on a similar contraption each day in order to raise my metabolism. I've been doing it since Christmas and yippee it's working! But the only snag is the weight seems to be the same. So... back to the dieting. Synchronisation - that's it!

    1. Hi Ami :)

It has all these programmes that you click into...I did ask the lady in the shop if it had a 'Oh my gosh, I am dying' mode...apparently it does not :(

I am glad that your one has worked for you! There is hope for me yet as I look at it and think..is this really going to work?

Hugs right back at you :)

  10. Good luck! I have a treadmill myself, though in the warmer months I prefer to substitute that with other activities outdoors (swimming, biking, tennis, etc.).
